I’ve been to all three, and can’t really “complain” about any of them. I do agree that BB is cleaner/newer, and it is nice to have a range officer at arms reach. I would not fault H&H for the roaming RO since they have such a larger place to watch, and can’t fully schedule for varying demand. I will say that when I go to H&H and they are busy, I will find something else to do….it can get unnerving when such a large place is crowded.
The only time I truly felt endangered at H&H was (years ago, long before their expansion) when a busload of (apparently) Asian tourists came in, rented one AR-15, and all bum-rushed a single lane. As I was hurrying out the door, a couple employees were rushing onto the range to “help” them.
