Anyone know when Lake Draper is supposed to reopen?

I somehow doubt this: "the water level is expected to reach a level high enough to allow recreational use by October 2012."

I heard october this year, I'm just wondering where they plan on getting the water required to fill it if we dont get any more rain soon.

The PDF linked to earlier says they are pumping in water from Aroma.
