Anyone painted a polymer frame?

Have you considered having a wrap put on it? I am having a Ural Russian Target rifle stock wrapped. Should get it in the next wk or 2. Will post a pic when it is available.

I think the shield turned out well for the first time. I am trying to get the balls to do it. Same goes for stippling. May buy a cheap Glock to practice on.

I've painted a few. They all came out fine. They have some paint at Walmart in the auto section that's made for plastic and vinyl, I guess it's for dying car interior stuff. It works really good. I cleaned the polymer parts with non-chlorinated brake cleaner first.

we bought a used g17 that was painted pink, removed the pink and painted it black using sem interior paint.

I would suspect the Krylon paint for plastic would do well as it is supposed to bond with the plastic and not just set on top of it.
