I’m not sure how to take this? Y’all’s thoughts.

It’s click bait and if blocked by the 5th circuit court, if under other courts, guess what…it won’t apply to all the other circuits.

I’m against sbrs requiring a tax stamp period. Much less the stupid rules on pistol braces.

That being said, pistol braces were also an obvious end around of the sbr laws. Not surprised by the crack down. ATF did themselves no favors with their flip flopping.

If the ATF really cared at the time, they should have made it a requirement for purchasers to have a VA disability or other handicap rating. Otherwise, folks will use what they buy however they want most of the time.

And end up just 3D printing a brace . . .

Careful there El Pablo You'll get roasted, like I did, and be accused of supporting the ATF or being a democrat sympathizer, as I was, for saying the EXACT same thing that I said. Could be though that on OSA you're everyone's 'sweet darlin' so you get to have a free-pass
