Those letters didn't specifically state that it was permissible to shoulder the brace. One as I recall said that it was possible that brace could be placed against the shoulder in certain circumstances. Not all the time as an SBR style weapon.Well FYI, there was letter after letter after letter from the ATF stating that shouldering a brace didn't constitute an SBR. So people took them at their word. Now who's really the bad guy here? Stupid gun owners? I tend to think not...
