We are cleaning up MIL home for an estate sale. Taking home over 200 lbs of coins to sort into pre-65 silver. Silver dollars down to nickels.
There was even a 10 lb or so jar of Indian head pennys, mostly in great shape. Lots of proof sets.
Where is a coin collector shop that can give an honest evaluation?
We have been on the internet for hours at a time trying to get a value on some, but lots of the information is outdated.

Be happy to try to help.
If you want, send me some pics and I'll try to give some ideas.
Been collection coins for years. But not a professional.

That’s the problem with the “we buy gold and silver” places. Most of them are as bad as a pawn shop with the prices that they’ll pay for it.
I've been able to get a lot of gold under spot through clearance sales. Even accounting for the "we buy gold" places cut, I'd make about 10% selling it at $1750 with the value ratio obviously going up as the price climbs.
