I was thinking out of my 6" Blackhawk. Probably bordering on .357 I'd bet

Supposedly Winchester came out with it for the U.S. Treasury Dept.
I've seen it in Federal brand also.
I think I've read that the CHP carried it back in revolver days.

i think of it more as a “I was held back because l couldn’t make it as a 357 mag,”.
