Been on BP meds for years to keep everything stable. Diuretics drains potassium and other minerals from my system. I started with a low dose of 250mg Magnesium supplement each day and my leg jerks every 30 seconds to a minute or so when laying down to sleep went away. I have tested taking vs not taking several and it always came out the same. I did find I can back off to taking 250mg every other day and it stays mostly gone. This absolutely works for me.
