as soon as they showed up, they should have said "Hi" he should have handed over his SDA Card, they should have said thank you and walked way. Drawing a firearm on him and harassing him after they established he was within his Rights, violates the SDA law.

For starters they drew the firearm before they established his credentials to carry, after that they were in no way aggressive or harassing to the man. You sir just seem to want to argue.

drawing a firearm against a law abiding citizen is aggressive, extremely aggressive. You seem to want to have the government be your daddy and defend your inabilities by insulting me. I do not have a need to argue, I just do not agree with being a slave.

Maybe they should have just shouted at him from a distance "Are you a law abiding citizen?" and when he said "yes" they could have just turned around and left.

Do you understand what an Ad hominem is?

I have directed nothing at you other than the fact that I said you just want to argue. You are rambling on about not being a slave and such for no reason, and to no addition to the original post. We have all stated our opinion and its perfectly fine if we disagree....Its our "Right" to do so. Have a great evening!

The Citizen, duh.... But, why not have the police help with 2A rights? The LEO I have met / encountered over the last few years seemed to support my 2A rights when I was acting in a responsible manner. Again, it’s all about common sense.
I would agree, most LEOs are awesome people. I am thankful everyday that we have people in our society that are willing to be the direct object of distaste, and risk their life at the say time. The guy was following the Law, which is responsible, the police department had the responsibility to educate its officers. I do not blame the LEOs for doing what they believed was their responsibilities, I do not hold high expectations for most of them, I blame the department for falling to protect the Rights of every citizen, which is ultimately the job of every LEO.

Go back and read your post. Once you understand the Ad hominem, which is what I am doing right now, I will discuss your argument with you. The fact that we disagree is not a "Right."
