It sounds outrageous when you just see the headline, but like a lot of things, if you listen to the other side of the story it starts to make a little more sense. You still may not agree with the judgment, but there is always another side. There's more to it than she just spilled coffee on herself and sued.

I read that. And it is one-sided written from a lawyers perspective. Coffee to this day is still brewed at about boiling temperatures. Anybody that makes coffee will still have coffee at about the same temperature. The same as to which this woman was scalded. For someone to buy coffee and spilled it on themselves and then to blame somebody else is the typical problem we have with society today. The article didn’t change my mind. And this does remind me of a lot of the idiot warnings that started popping up everywhere from the early 90s.

I don't know personally, but I heard from a former worker at Arby's that the cook pressed the potato patties in his armpit. If you get hairs in your potato patty you now know why...

The potato cakes were 2 to 3 times as thick as the hockey pucks served at McDonalds. Tasted more like tots
