I just don’t see how the tribe could pursue any legal action against the citizen when he saved one of their officers. It would be a huge slap in the face I think
Liberals gonna liberal.

I think it’s not allowedWhat are the laws about carrying on and in a casino or casino property?
My bet is it will be listed as justified.Could get interesting. Just because you have a permit to carry in Oklahoma doesn’t mean it’s legal on tribal nation land.
There would have been a time where I would’ve stepped in and possibly done the same thing. Now, probably not. I’d call 9-1-1 and report what was happening, but too many variables at play unless I was 100% sure that the officer was in the right and that lethal force is justified.

How can an officer always be sure it's the right guy?Hopefully the officer was investigating the right guy.
Taste testHow can an officer always be sure it's the right guy?
I was thinking more like matching the description as described by the witness, pointed out, or surveillance video. A better question might be why is the offender trying to drive off and drag the officer if they aren't guilty.Taste test
Yeah that might work tooI was thinking more like matching the description as described by the witness, pointed out, or surveillance video. A better question might be why is the offender trying to drive off and drag the officer if they aren't guilty.
