Ok, so the FBI is say this IS NOT a terror attack when the attacker used his vehicle as a weapon, fired his gun, AND had improvised explosives. 
This chit don’t add up, because they’ve labeled some pretty questionable stuff as “terror attacks” in the past.
I guess I’ll start off 2025 by saying the FBI doesn’t believe this is a terror attack, because they didn’t have a hand in it.

NBC is now saying that the suspect is believed to be dead.
NBC - Sugar Bowl authorities send condolences to those involved and say they are monitoring the situation but nothing further.
It appears that the reporter misquoted the fbi agent. It is indeed being investigated as an act of terrorism. But is is more fun to throw rocks at the fbi.
