Think back on how quickly we knew everything about the guy the shot Trump. Supposedly those were installed in 2017 as a result of the 2016 terrorist attack with the large truck in Europe. The ones on New Orleans were undergoing maintenance or restoration or something like that. Ball dropped either way.
