Interested to hear how they commandeered that 75 thousand dollar truck.

I seem to remember there was a terrorist in France some years ago that stole a truck to drive into a crowd.
I think they said he stabbed the truck driver to death and took the vehicle.
The dead driver was found inside the truck after the terrorist plowed into a bunch of pedestrians at a holiday event there, IIRC.

Now Fox saying the truck crossed on November 16th, and the apparent perp is not the truck owner........
