Doesn't look like there was any last minute hesitation...

No matter what you think of him, he left a family that is grieving. Pot shots about his business practices and gloating on the day he died is pretty low. I never had any personal experience with him, but at least he spent his money here in Oklahoma and employed lots of people. When the Gaylords ran this state all they wanted to do was spend money in nashville and hollywood. You can detest his business practices, but he should also be remembered for doing a lot of good things for a lot of people in this state.

we were talking about this at work, IF he had any advanced info on what the .gov was up to he could have arranged for a new identity, started moving money around and planning an accident

there's not much out there for a guy like him to be coming from or going to, when i was much younger that's where we went to drink beer and get rowdy, because it's very remote and there's not much traffic

i say he's someplace south of the equator, sitting on the beach drinking a pinacolata <sp>

When it happens and it's fully involved, yes. The kicker is that you really don't see cars burst into flames very often anymore when there's a collision. In ten years I've known it to happen once here.
