I placed a phone order for these at Perry's Foods at 10th & Lewis here in Tulsa. Sam's will have some good ones every once in a while too.

Here are finished results, though a little different than what you might expect. I have been gathering pieces and parts over about 3 years in order to build this smoker. I finally jumped on it after July 4th and wrapped it up last week. Now it is time to test it out!

I used to order beef ribs from a place on S. Western called Sooner BBQ,now closed. They were huge and delish. I miss my BBQ/smoker trailer that I sold a few years ago.

I'm going to buy some and try your method. If I don't enjoy, I'm calling you out publicly.

I've just never had the luck smoking beef like I do pork and chicken....other than a packers trim brisket which is next to impossible to screw up.

These are killer. Try it.
