No sir, those are clamps. I've drilled holes in the titanium liner and have clamped the liner and titanium bolster material together. I'm spotting the blind holes in the Ti bolster through the liner. In the following photo above, I've drilled to a pre-set depth and am hand tapping the blind holes in the back of the Ti bolster.

What's going on with the Boker Ridgeback? Every place that offers it says coming soon when they were supposed to be out back in January last I heard.
Did something happen to where you're not going to let them use your design?
