The M3 pretty much looks like the M4 except it has that capability with the flip of a switch to change to pump from semi-auto and visa versa. Its inertia rather than gas operated. I just thought it was cool but also wanted something very reliable. Had a Remington 1100 blow an o-ring and became a single shot. Should SHTF it might be nice to have a shotgun super reliable when parts might be hard to come by.
