Unforgiven, hands down. The real west.

Well, just to stir the pot a bit, I've not seen many on the above listed names except for The Quick and the Dead with Sam Elliott. (Probably not the same movie as referred to above.)
For my money, I don't go to movies anymore. Oh, and I'm just about old enough to remember the "old west" and the newer movies don't compare.

Unforgiven, Tombstone, Wyatt Earp, Open Range. My all time favorite western though is The Willd Bunch. A couple other oldies but goodies you should check it out if you already haven't are Shane and My Darling Clementine. Also any Clint Eastwood western movie (except Paint Your Wagon) and also check out Once upon a time in the West.
