You really need to do your research these days well before Black Friday. I am finding that A LOT of them are not discounted at all and in a lot cases have actually been marked way up.
For instance, last month I had bèen looking at the Urban Carry OWB leather holsters. They were $79 last month (normal price). Got a email flyer yesturday from them for for 30% off. No coupon codes, just a straight up discount. Go to the site and the Price is $79. Figured it would be added to the checkout process.

Another thing that really spurs my saddle is when you order something before the hyped up sales, and then you get a notification from the seller that the item is now out of stock, and the order has been cancelled. Only to get notified a day or two later that said item is now in stock and on sale at a higher price than before.

One of the hack tv shows did an expose on I think WalMart or Amazon. Couple weeks before BF they marked prices up just to drop them back to regular for the ‘sale’.

You mean like... Buds, CTD, Optics Planet, Botach, ET-cetera LOL. I dont buy from any of those ****** bags sites unless I have no choice

I normally only buy stuff during Black Friday sales if it is something I have been watching for awhile and no what regular prices are. You are definitely right about some retailers doing shady stuff like marking items up and saying they are giving a percentage off selling it at normal price.
