Does anyone have experience with using an older design black powder rifle? The incredibly long length of twist is neat, and I like that new units can be had that operate via percussion. I keep seeing them in the various sporting catalogs I get, and I'd like to shoot have one. Using more range time to reload and clean instead of sending cash downrange is a very attractive idea, as well. And I shoot best with irons, so far, so I think the whole prospect is a winner. I'm just lacking experience a bit.
