I use one all the time. It's a good, solid rest for long range shooting and makes sighting in a rifle a breeze. They're pricey, but worth the money in my opinion.

I have one and wish I would have bought the promos trigger sticks after using a guides. The bog pod sticks are great once adjusted and if you are going to be using them on LEVEL ground. If you spot and stalk hunt then they are a pain and could cost you a missed opportunity while trying to adjust leg height. The primos are much simpler and around the same price. If you do a lot of blind or stand hunting and need a rest either would work fine.
