IF they are banned, I figure any of us that have purchased them will be grandfathered. It's not like we are a threat and people use them for crime sprees.

Ya this one is smelling funny. I can't believe that the CEO would go on arfcom and make an annoucement and not update the website with the information.

Also, doesn't the ATF publish these things as well?

Well the mods reason for banning him over their said that he was banning him for rehashing a previous ban. Not saying it's true or false just saying the ban appeared to be related to the OPs smack talking and not the validity of info in the post.
