Maybe stop trying to destroy the one player that might bring enough revenue for you to get a raise. There's several million people that would LOVE to get paid 73K a year for doing what they love.

Fairly certain that they lease apartments and houses less expensively than $8k/mo in Chicago. Maybe downgrade and get some roommates.

$73k for four months work is $219,000 annualized. I don’t feel sorry for her. Get a job in the off season.
