You don't just charge in, no matter if they are a 65 year old seal or a 19-year old kid with a pipe bomb. You plan it out, take every precaution. They wanted him alive. that is good thing, if they were patsys, then they would have just ended up dead.

Bombing a public place on American Soil is Smart? Or the ability to make the necessary tools work in your favor to make that happen in the first place? Either way one is quite possibly the most foolish thing ever, and the other is as easy as pie.
