Broken Arrow Parking ticket warning

I've often wondered if you would get ticketed for parking your car at a place you were really shopping at...assuming you had a for sale sign in your window?

I'd bet if you could produce a receipt with a relevant date it would be thrown out.

Yup...just about any parking lot you risk that without explicit property owner permission. As mentioned a lot of property owners don't complain until they get annoyed at something then the tickets start flying. I've seen lots clearly posted against such things and as soon as they close for the day cars for sale swarm it so I can see how they can get irritated.

Just treat it like trespassing....it's not legal to cross onto someone else's land just because there's no "no trespassing" sign. If you ask the property owner for permission you just might get permission when everyone else gets tickets. I agree with whoever said "just add $99 to your asking price"...good thinking.

That lot used to look like a car lot along Kenosha. Controlling that lot for whatever reason became prevalent a few years ago.

When I was going to school at OSU and working in OKC on the weekends there was a vehicle parked on the side of I35 that was just about a 100 yards before the now closed hooker trucker rest stop. It sat there for overa year.

I got on at Tulsa state fair once for parking on the grass(along with 50+ others) it was $70

I call in all the folks who decide they want to park a foot or two into my yard while at the fair. They will even tow them if the resident asks as well.
