Yup...just about any parking lot you risk that without explicit property owner permission. As mentioned a lot of property owners don't complain until they get annoyed at something then the tickets start flying. I've seen lots clearly posted against such things and as soon as they close for the day cars for sale swarm it so I can see how they can get irritated.

Just treat it like trespassing....it's not legal to cross onto someone else's land just because there's no "no trespassing" sign. If you ask the property owner for permission you just might get permission when everyone else gets tickets. I agree with whoever said "just add $99 to your asking price"...good thinking.

When I was going to school at OSU and working in OKC on the weekends there was a vehicle parked on the side of I35 that was just about a 100 yards before the now closed hooker trucker rest stop. It sat there for overa year.
