Hussein Obama takes the senate vote as a personal insult, and will continue to spend a disproportionate amount of his time going through the back door to make it difficult to afford to shoot, or purchase affordable ammo.

Gun Control is just one of the changes Hussein wanted to implement, and he'll continue to hap ron it for the next few years.

I'm not sure if he has years left honestly. He is about to cross lines that will bring on violence from certain groups. If he continues to go around the process I would not be surprised if it doesn't start a real fight for freedom against a corrupt government. It's getting closer as it is without his going backdoor. But now that he is it's further proof he is out to take control over us.

Much as we all despise him and know enough of our history to see socialism in the making, the majority of Americans won't get mad enough to press the issue.

Impossible at this point. The Watergate unraveling required an indignant press. The press at this point in history has abdicated their public and patriotic duties. Instead, circumventing criticism of their golden child and active, overt support for a leftist agenda for the nation is their secondary function. The first is making money.

If this means what I think it means, this is a VERY serious threat to our freedoms. HIPAA simply doesn't apply to any "persons" who should be reporting to NICS. Covered entities under HIPAA does not include courts or commissions duly appointed by the government. They are the only ones that should be reporting to NICS. By applying HIPAA, I believe they are trying to backdoor reporting by mental health providers, which would be a violation of the 14th Amendment and established case law.

Something else to consider is that both Ben Bradley and Bob Woodward were Republicans. (Carl Bernstein was not)
