how does the osbi send your license to you? do you have have to sign for it. or does it just show up in the mail?

i had to pick up the initial one at the sheriffs office . i'm trying to remember picking up my renewal , it might have came in the mail .

Just got my first one in the mail the other day. Came with a letter with a little info about losing it and what not.

Yeah previously you had to pick your first one up at sheriff's office and renewals were mailed. But now I believe they are all mailed, including the initial card.
