Yep, more Kalifornia 'Garbage' (?) .... Though I have no issue with preventing folks with 'significant' mental issues being prevented from owning weapons methinx that Kali is going waaay overboard using this "involuntary mental-health commitments" tact as a general 'catch all'. I would imagine that there are 'some' circumstances where this should not apply. BTW, whatever happened to Doctor- Patient Confidentiality? Or perhaps I am just too naive for my own good? I was tempted to toss up a poll but feel that general discussion would be much more enlightening.
