Follow up question. If by pulling wire thru tight fitting PVC conduit what is a lubricant to use to minimize damage to the insulation and not causing long term deterioration of the insulation once in place? I was thinking maybe liquid detergent like Dawn soap?

found that by searching "wire pulling lubricant" at Home Depot. Substitute your favorite big box store, or do a general search, and you'll probably find a million places, including Amazon, that will do much the same thing for you.

And you shouldn't use fight fitting conduit. Bit more expensive, but much easier when you have to go back in and rework it later.
