As much as an officer may or may not be in the wrong, if people would just obey their instructions, much of this police brutality would go away. Deal with it in court or whatever means you can afterwards. If a cop wrongfully violates your rights or betrays his oath, he should get the piss sued out of him.
Yes, but there is clearly a language barrier. Translators are available. There may also be a cultural issue. Calling for another officer, probably a supervisor, and waiting the few minutes for that other officer to arrive would have been very good.

No, post that up if you have it.
I think it is https://www.youtube.com/@thecivilrightslawyer
He puts out a lot of videos of Cop vs Civilian interaction, and tries to explain and break the scenario's down based on Supreme Court Decisions' along with his opinion. Pretty good stuff, I think.
Myself I usually agree with him.
Surprised He has not had a strange accident, from the area He lives in, Virginia. If you know what I mean.

I’ve done business with orientals in the chicken business for probably close to 20 years, and it can be difficult given the language barrier. However, I never felt the need to body slam one, because I couldn’t get my point across.:anyone:
