Well, so much for local LEOs not enforcing gun-grabbing... the Feds will just bypass 'em.

Here is the problem.

If they feel the case against them will go nowhere, they can stall getting the guns returned or simply destroy them and may or may not decide to compensate.

If the case does result in conviction, the same thing will happen. stall and destroy.
