Cannot find what knife this is

Can someone help identify what this knife is. A guy I work with has a bunch of old knives and he showed me this one. I looked it up but cannot find any information on it. The brand is Cattaragus.

Similar to the model 225 that was a WWII fighting knife. But, those had leather wrapped handles for the most part. Not many out there with bone handles
