I would use nadaguides.com. Nada is what most car dealers and lending institutions use. Some go off kbb but most use nada. I'd do both just to see the difference.

In my experience, nadaguides.com is more accurate. When I've compared, KBB was way off.

Add a third possibility: edmunds.com

Take all three to establish a range and the truth is likely somewhere in that range. Don't forget that those numbers assume a willing buyer and a willing seller that establish a fair market. If those variables are not in balance, then your number range may not matter.
