Maybe I misread that, but it says nothing about when the truck is stationary, and not running. If that is still Illegal, would a CCW take care of it?

A concealed license covers all of the above.
We could get into a long discussion about where the truck is parked, how you got it there, who owns the truck and real estate, but the simplest thing to do is get the license and read the SDA if you intend to have a loaded handgun on/about you when outside your home.

Once again, it uses the word "transport". However, keep in mind that Oklahoma courts have a tendency to apply common sense inferences.

Also, most courts tend to apply the narrowest definition. In this case, a motor vehicle is much more narrow than a dwelling.
