I didn't read through the entire thread, but was the need for Tempilaq annealing compound mentioned? The 650* seems to work best. There is an extensive page on this under the reloading section on the Sniper's Hide, if anyone cares to venture over there. Heck, here is the link to the reloading section. There are several "stickies" at the top of this section that should be of interest to anyone reloading.
