Used to the Flying J in Tulsa had cb stuff. Don't know if they still do as I haven't been there in long time. Might check truck stops for something.
Truck stops don't carry 102' whips. They arent very practical for big trucks, since you can't mount them without being so tall they hit the bridges. However, you might search online for amateur radio supply places. 102" whips are very tunable for 10 meter radio, and are still somewhat common in the Ham community.
