So I went and let my Concealed Carry card expire. It expired the end of April this year.
I have completed all the necessary paperwork and I went to the sheriff's office to get the bottom of the last page finished and was told in a rather obnoxious manner that I needed to call to make sure I didn't need to do fingerprints or take the training class again (I said I didn't cause the sheet of paper says I don't as long as my card is not expired more than 3 years).
She then said that the area on the sheet was only for first time applicants and that I don't need to have it signed by the sheriff.
Is she correct? Cause I don't see anywhere on the paper indicating that.
