Since I'm soon to be getting an AR here soon, I've been thinking of what I wanna' do to it.
I've been thinking of getting a Cerakote job done to it.
I checked out the Harsh Firearms site and they seem to do a good job.
I'm thinking either like FDE in a matte finish or like a rusty maroon red (Like a brick red I guess?) in a matte finish as well, I don't care for the shiny glossy finish.
Does anyone else know of any other good places for an excellent Cerakote finish that would be in the state of Oklahoma?
If y'all have any pictures of a Cerakote job done to your AR, if y'all wouldn't mind, post pictures because I'm still wanting to get a good idea of what I'd like.

These are like the colors I'm thinking of, this is off the Harsh Firearms website.
So if anyone knows of anything, that would be helpful.

I bought an ar for my wife a few months ago. It was a diamondback with the muddy girl pink camo paint. I have added a new stock and rail as well as pistol grip. All of that is black. She wants the hole rifle either black or fde or maybe od green. Currently the only thing that is pink is true upper and lower. If I were to have just the receivers done does anyone know about how much it would cost? And I am talking about just regular black for that. But I would also like to know a ballpark about how much the whole rifle would cost. Thanks.

I do my own, so I'm not up to date on prices. My guess is $150-$200 for a rifle and $100 or so for both receivers. If you start wanting multiple colors or patterns, it will go up from there. Something like Kryptek is a PIA to do because of the masking, stencil making, and multiple quick cures.

Look at Scalpel Arms, they'll have a list of their prices on each part that you'll want painted. That's probably where I'mma' send mine to and they do some killer work!
