Channel 4 is doing a piece on soveriegn citizens tonight at 10 ...

Teasers are pretty inflammatory. Lucky me, I was contacted by a reporter from Channel 4 not long ago asking if I was interested in being interviewed.

GC and I got a real laugh outta that e-mail as he had just been sent to training on how to deal with soveriegn citizens should he have the misfortune of encountering one. I asked him how he slept at night, you know, with "the enemy" so close by and all ... (OK, reddog, just so you know, the training consisted of how to watch for identity theft and legal proceedings filed against your personal property. Seems these guys like to take your name, department and badge number and the proceed to file personal liens -- fraudulent, of course -- on all the officers' personal property. Makes for quite a mess to clean up if you aren't on the watch-out for it and catch it quick.)

Anyway, for those of you who are interested ... Ali Meyer will be telling you all about it tonight. Unbiased, complete and honest reporting that we've come to expect from Channel 4, I'm sure ...

I'm sure it's because I'm an admin on Sooner Survivialist. You know how it is, "Let's ask the girl first. Girls are easier to get to open up and talk about stuff." LOL I told her I didn't know anyone who considered themselves a soveriegn citizen. Truth is, if I know someone who is, they haven't told me they are. Besides, when folks start talking about shooting cops first I tend to get cranky ... So I'm not sure they'd out themselves to me anyway ...

Besides, I'm not sure I can be part of the NWO AND a sovereign citizen at the same time, can I?

I really don't get the whole sovereign citizen thing. You are a free individual and only recognize the legitimacy of natural law? OK, I hear ya. You believe most laws and all coercive taxation are violations of your natural rights, and are illegitimate? Roger that. You decide that the answer to all this is to resort to the court systems of these illegitimate governmental entities for redress? WTF?

I really don't know what they hope to accomplish by their legal challenges, other than possibly getting a platform for drawing attention to their views. I agree with many of their premises, but come to some very different conclusions on how best to resist all the threats of force initiated against me by those in government.

Any justice I needed was done when it became lawful for me to open carry and/or conceal carry at my discretion while poor GC can only conceal carry. I need nothing else in this world to die a happy woman ...

I do have to admit that I wonder just how "slow" a reporter has to be to e-mail someone whose screen name is "BadgeBunny" to ask if she is a soveriegn citizen, though ... Things that make you go "huh?" ...
