With Jared's criminal charges taken care of, Lardieri and White say they plan on moving forward with a civil suit against the Logan County School District.

Good. Should be suing the PD as well.

Was he practicing a constitutional right? if so was he denied his constitutional rights under the color of law? These two questions could escalate this for the police officer involved in a big way if the courts find for the kid.
