This is one of my favorite cheeseball recipes...
2 - 8oz packages cream cheese - softened
1 - 8oz package hickory smoked chedar - graded
8oz Beef Pastrami - cubed -I usually get two 1/4lb slices
4 - green onions chopped
4oz - Texas Sweet and Hot Jalapenos - chopped - Trappeys makes sweet jalapenos as well
Combine everything and form into ball and leave in fridge overnight. Serve with Wheat Thins
