I agree. I shoot with friends who call mags "clips" all the time.
Do I feel the need to correct them? No
Do I give a damn? No
Just glad that they go shooting with me.
What would you do if your friends referred to revolvers as pistols?
Sit back and laugh knowing that they can probably out shoot 80% of the guys on this forum.
I guess it just takes more to get me butthurt them a lot of people.

I don't know. We shoot at H&H all the time and he likes to shoot for money. I am sure you can join us and some of the other members.
I will correct a friend that calls a magazine a clip. Not in a ****** way though. I just explain to them what a clip is versus a magazine. Most understand the difference, but will still call a magazine a clip. I don't continue to correct them, and I don't get bent out of shape. I tried, they don't care, life goes on. No big deal.
Side note: I would want someone to correct me if I used the wrong term or pronounced something incorrectly. Some people don't though. To each their own.
