Now that I’ve got the ball rolling on building up my kit I figured it’s time to get a proper combat shirt and pants and move away from more basic surplus gear. The ones that have been recommended to me in the past are the Crye and UF Pro options. I was wondering if any of y’all have had any experience with either as well as any other recommendations. I’m looking for something that preferably comes in multicam so it matches up with the rest of my gear but I am open to what y’all have to recommend.

Not one of the typical tactical brands but speaking from experience these pants are fantastic. I do a lot of outdoor work for a living from grassland pastures to pushing through blackberry and bramble thickets in the south texas summer heat and these things have held up in the worst conditions and still look brand new. They're flexible enough to maneuver under and over anything but still strong enough to hold up against thorns and barbwire

To say I love those pants would be an understatement. They’re absolutely great honestly.

If I were to looking to buy some sort of combat pants and had to go with camo, I would likely get military issue FROG gear. It’s cheaper than crye, and battle proven.
