It is against tribal laws to carry a firearm into a casino. When a non tribal person commits a crime on tribal property, it is a federal crime and will land you in federal prison.

In non-P.L. 280 states, the federal government has felony jurisdiction over crimes by Indians and all jurisdiction by crimes committed by non-Indians.
The only time the state has the jurisdiction is if the crime is non-indian on non-indian or the state is a PL-280 state.

Why would you go into an Indian Casino? It is federal land btw if I recall right from my reading it is in a trust w/ the BIA or some other sneaky way of bypassing OK law. It is to the best of my knowlege illegal to operate casino style gaming in Oklahoma. If I am mistaken please correct me I hope I am wrong but sadly I fear I speak some truth. Just my 2 cents I am not a lawyer.
Dunno, we dont have non tribal gambling in OK, do we? I would imagine in places where non tribal gambling is allowed, it would be subject to whatever that state's statutes are.
To the best of my knowledge, you would be correct.
