If it's close enough, and you were moving at highway speeds, yeah, it's entirely possible. Could even have been a road construction sign, you just caught it at the right angle to only see the supports and warning light. At 70mph, you're moving a bit more than 100 feet every second, so anything close to the interstate is going to move out of view pretty quickly.
It's an image artifact caused by the rolling shutter in the camera. If you do a search for "rolling shutter lightning", you'll see lots of examples.
Looks like a tower with an obstruction light on top...caught while you were in motion.
