It makes my rump roast I put in today seem boring in comparison

But I did do a faux-smoked brisket 2 weeks ago that was to die for :drool: Head Country marinade it worth the price they charge for it.

I do all my brisket with Head Country dry rub. I have never found anything that compares.

But yes, your pot roast is boring now.
