I frequently say, when asked how I'm doing, "I woke up alive again." And usually add that I've heard it's better than many of the alternatives!

Didn't expect to make it to 30. Retired from the USAF after 24 years, and at age 42, and realized I had exceeded 30... And now I'm 69.

He just turned 72, probably had a BMI of 5. He ate healthy, played golf and hocky with his older friends. Elk hunted every year - so very active.
He always said, statistically, those who get chiropractic care are 85% more likely to live to 100. Guess he was the 15%.
Sad, I been seeing him since I was 17.
