I think symptoms are supposed to be less with O blood types, but I’m O+ and have had it twice. I’ve never taken vitamins in my life, but I’m now still taking zinc, d3, and a multivitamin daily and a dose of ivomec monthly just for good measure.Maybe reduced chance then. Oh, and there is Paxlovid now, an oral anitviral, but I don't really know anything about it.
There has been a human prescription form of ivermectin all along. Reportedly, some doctors won't prescribe it and some pharmacies won't fill the prescription, but I don't know how true those reports are.
IIRC, @CHenry has taken ivermectin, so he might have info on dosage.
