Crashes

I have gone about 8 months without seeing any real bad car crashes and in the past week I have seen about 5 what is up with the drivers lately. Early Sunday morning about 3a.m I saw a guy on a motorcycle eat it on hwy 51 and about Harvard he was driving like an idiot doing wheelies and speeding and he totaled his bike. Then today I came around a corner just seconds after a woman rolled her car I am not sure what the cause of that one was but from what I could see I would bet speed and rain. Last Saturday I saw 2 wrecks in Tulsa where someone was hurt and they were all rear end accidents it just seems like more and more folks are in a hurry to get somewhere.

Saw three wrecks last week myself, all non injury luckly... its just one of those times i guess.

Saturday I saw a bad chance one. Someone heading South on Gilcrease Expressway crossed the median and T-boned someone heading North right at the airport parking garage. Talk about bad luck. It appeared that noone was hurt though.

Seems like everytime it rains everyone forgets how to drive.

I saw a good on last Friday on I40 headed back from Ft. Smith.

Road construction, right lane closed, all clearly marked, traffic is nice and orderly in the left lane running about 50-60mph. There is a Budget rental truck in the right lane pacing traffic, blows right into the orange barrels, cones, and signs, no brake lights come on until he is about 150ft into it, not sure if he was asleep or texting. Really messed up the front of the truck.....

It was really kind of funny to see the orange barrels flying everywhere.

I grew up in a family that ran a wrecker service. It seems that people get crazy in waves. Especially when we have a full moon around the first of the month.
